So your underage daughter comes to you one day and says that she has been raped two years ago and you just ignore her?

Leslie Roland

Okay that is your opinion. Please do discuss this idea with a victim of sexual harrasment. I am not saying you are totaly wrong here. I just feel that anyone who wants to hold an opinion on this Topic should also include the victims view into their consideration.

Clara Jo

can some of the people who disagree with this explain how can these cases be proven in cases where there are no witnesses or video footage or should the guy just be thrown in jail because women never lie?

Traci Moore

You really need to get laid OP you're talking nonsense

April Engada Taberna

Rape and sexual harassment are about 10 million miles from being the same thing

Al right mate, you wanted a victim to say something, I'll do so. First of all - yes, it is a massive problem that one can defamesomebody by simply accusing him/her of sexual harssment and it is an issue that needs to be adressed. But what you are suggesting is utter bullshit. I don't know how I can explain you, what it fels like to be sexually harassed by somebody much older, much stronger and much more important than you. It is not like they grab your butt and you automatically can call the police. I mean it is amazing when somebody can do that, but the fear and anger can also absolutley paralyze you. Not only fo the moment, but fo days. It paralyzes you, you thoughts and sometimes it takes months until you understand that somebody harassed you. And this is "only" for grabbing butts. With more agressive assaults it can destroy your mind. If you call the police, will people blame you because you migh have just made it up? Somebody (the attacker) will definitley try to make you seem

lmfao at all these queers telling you not to breed. as if those that are replying will ever have the chance at reproduction themselves...that's just too rich

Joe Farrell

No they shouldn't. However if there is no evidence to the claim then they should be left alone.

Sophie Cigleris

OP is a retarded incel who hasn’t heard of a thing called statute of limitations. Serious crimes usually have much longer than 1 year of limitations

Felicia Ellis

I think they shouldn't, but nor should any crime report be given special treatment, nor should any spesific type of alleged victim.

Brian Mackenzie

OP, you clearly are an example of the misguided scum of humanity we have lurking in the corners of the internet. I can't tell you from firsthand experience, but being sexually harassed or raped is a very traumatic experience. It's basically having your dignity and very sense of being taken from you violently, and you being a disabled incel clearly don't understand that. But I assure you, traumatic experiences like those can affect a person for years and they just aren't ready to tell people. Suppose it takes a year to build a case against a murderer, now should we disregard the case JUST because it took a long time to build? Of course not. As long as the victim provides evidence and the jury convicts the accused, I don't see any problem.

Adele Semenaviciene

every day we stray further from common sense.

Keri Hegge

Wrong comma, usage is wrong.

Wrong opinion

Imagine someone escapes from a cult and is in hiding for 2 years. Would you ignore the claims in that case as well? You have to look at things on a case by case basis. In some instances, not reporting immediately afterwards might make proving guilt impossible, but in others the claims can be confirmed.

Lenelyn Igbuhay

No male is safe. If you are famous, then at any time a group of pretty woman, or if you are gay, then some man can report you, and you get marked. Even if it "happened" 30 years ago, and there is 0 evidence.
