Sườn chiên giòn rụm, khoai lang bùi ngọt ăn kèm với sốt đậm đà khiến cho món chiên không hề bị khô và ngấy. Thêm vào đó, vị mặn ngọt vừa phải không những khiến người lớn mà cả trẻ nhỏ cũng thích mê món ăn này đấy! Chẳng thế mà nó khiến cho ai ăn một lần cũng mê tít.
Chuẩn bị nguyên liệu. Khoai lang rửa sạch, để nguyên vỏ, cắt khoanh tròn dày khoảng 1cm, sau đó cắt đôi. Ngâm khoai lang vào âu nước đá khoảng 15 phút.
Đổ khoai lang ra rổ cho ráo nước, đổ dầu ăn chảo, chờ dầu sôi. Cho khoai lang vào chiên vàng đều. Sau đó, vớt khoai ra rổ có giấy thấm dầu.
Sườn rửa sạch, chặt miếng vừa ăn. Ướp sườn với 1/2 muỗng cà phê tỏi băm, 1/2 muỗng cà phê nước mắm, 1/2 muỗng cà phê hạt nêm, 1/4 muỗng cà phê hạt tiêu trong khoảng 15 phút cho sườn ngấm.
Lăn từng miếng sườn qua bột mì sao cho bột mì bám đều hết miếng sườn. Sau đó, nhúng sườn vào bát trứng đánh tan rồi lăn sườn qua bột chiên xù.
Cho sườn vào chảo chiên vàng. Gắp sườn ra rổ có giấy thấm dầu cho ráo.
Cho 3 muỗng cà phê đường, 3 muỗng cà phê nước tương, 1 muỗng cà phê cà phê nước mắm, 3 muỗng cà phê nước vào chảo, đặt lên bếp khuấy đều cho tan. Cho sườn và khoai vào đảo đều cho thấm sốt.
Sau đó múc sườn chiên khoai lang ra đĩa, rắc mè đen rang chín lên trên mặt. Món ngon này khiến cho ai ăn một lần cũng mê tít.
