I do, and you know what?.... you will never really get rid of this shit. It will always appear in the most stressful moments. BUT you can and should see a therapist to learn how to manage it. Hypochondria is just a simptom of your real disease. Please don't waste time living in pain and fear and go for a psychologist.

Oh yes! Thought I had heart problems. Had my throat seize up, thought I had a stroke, cancer, MS, you name it. I've dealt with it for over a decade. My advice is obtain some therapy for it. It becomes all encompassing if you don't control it.

It is more common then you think... see a therapist to start... secondary , propably it is initiated by Period of stress, burn out, fear of losing control so you critically try to convince yourself that you have something because that gives you sence of closure.... try mindfullness and try to train to live and enjoy consiously every moment in the present, block out pondering

I have it but not to bad...stopping to google my symptoms helped and just telling myself again and again that i‘m probanly just worrying for nothing...if that doesnt work i would try therapy

Stop watching tv. Those stupid ads are just fueling your paranoia. The only way to cure an obsession is to obsess about something productive instead. So if you were OCD about the placement and organization of things, you should work in a warehouse or logistics. Study your problems so you understand them and then find something that you can use it in. This one is just specialized paranoia, perhaps you were a pharmacist in a previous life and this is a hint to start doing that again, or just start doing drugs, whatever. I would recommend hallucinogens to start with, that'll get your mind working on other things. And don't forget, if you catch the purple smurf it'll tell you a secret about yourself you don't know.

The movie/book Fight Club present it very well,funny how i got it after reading the book/after being kinda bullied by rich assholes at school.I feels like "My body get anxious,so i need to justify that anxiety,WHY YOU'RE ANXIOUS?IM ANXIOUS CAUSE I MAY HAVE A PSYCHOLOGICAL DISORDER SIR"as a way to hide the real why im anxious?or because i dont know but i NEED to justify my anxiety
