Thịt ba chỉ mua về rửa sạch, thái miếng vừa ăn (như hình) rồi ướp khoảng 30 phút với 1/2 chỗ gia vị muối, mắm, tiêu, đường.

Tôm mua về rửa sạch Có thể bóc vỏ (với tôm to) còn với loại nhỏ thì không cần nhé. Ướp tôm với gia vị còn lại.

Đem thịt đã ướp rang hơi cháy cạnh.

Khi thịt đã hơi vàng thì cho tôm vào rang cùng, cho thêm 1 chút đường, nêm nếm lại cho vừa ăn rồi rang đến khi tôm săn lại và có màu cánh gián là được.
